3/4 Cup Berry Blend

2 Cups All-Purpose Flour, plus extra for dusting pan

1 Cup White Sugar

3 Tablespoons Orange Zest, freshly grated, divided

1 Tablespoon Baking Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 Tablespoon Orange Powder, plus 1/2 teaspoon

3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted and cooled, plus more for greasing pan

1 Large Egg, lightly beaten

1 Teaspoon Extract Vanilla Bean Madagascar

1 Cup Powdered Sugar
Directions

Place Berry Blend in medium mixing bowl, and cover with boiling water. Let sit until berries plump, about 20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Place rack in center of oven and preheat to 350°F. Grease 9-inch by-5-inch loaf pan with butter, and lightly dust with flour; set aside.

Whisk together flour, sugar, 2 tablespoons orange zest, baking powder, baking soda and salt in medium mixing bowl, breaking up any lumps.

Whisk together 3/4 cup water and 1 tablespoon Orange Powder in large mixing bowl until fully dissolved. Whisk in melted butter, egg and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients to wet, stirring until fully incorporated. Stir in rehydrated berries.

Scrape batter into prepared pan, smoothing and evening with rubber spatula. Bake until tester inserted into center of loaf comes out clean, about 50 minutes.

Cool pan on wire rack for 15 minutes before removing bread from pan and cooling completely.

While bread cools, whisk together 2 tablespoons water and remaining 1/2 teaspoon Orange Powder until fully dissolved. Whisk in powdered sugar and remaining 1 tablespoon orange zest. Drizzle over cooled bread and allow glaze to set before slicing.
