1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

1/2 Cup Organic Red & Green Bell Peppers

1/2 Cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced

2 Tablespoons Capers

1 (14.5 Oz.) Can Crushed Tomatoes And Juice

5 Ounces Can Tuna Packed In Olive Oil, drained and flaked

8 Ounces Gemelli Pasta, cooked

1 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
Directions

Heat olive oil in heavy skillet. Add garlic and Organic Red & Green Bell Peppers, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

Add olives, capers, crushed tomatoes and tuna, and simmer for 15 minutes.

Add cooked pasta, and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt, ground black pepper and crushed red pepper, if desired.
