Ingredients
Makes about 10 pickles

10 Pickling Cucumbers, scrubbed clean

1 Teaspoon Minced Garlic

2 Teaspoons Coarse Sea Salt

1 Teaspoon Sugar

1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar

1 Tablespoon Pickling Spice
Directions

Trim blossom ends of cucumbers and place cucumbers in 1-1/2 quart sterilized, clamp-top jar.

Combine 5 cups water in saucepan with garlic, sea salt, sugar, white wine vinegar and Pickling Spice. Bring to a boil over high heat, about 3 minutes, then remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.

Pour cooled mixture over cucumbers. Add all seasonings to jar and discard any remaining liquid. Seal in jar and store in cool, dark place for 3 weeks before serving. Refrigerate after opening.
