1/3 Cup Unsalted Butter, softened at room temperature

1 1/4 Cups White Sugar

1 1/2 Cups Dark Brown Sugar

1 1/2 Cups Ground Brown Flaxseed

3 Large Eggs

1 1/2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Madagascar

3 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

1 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Teaspoon Fine Sea Salt

3 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Combine butter and sugars in large mixing bowl or bowl of stand mixer with paddle attachment. Mix on medium speed until well combined. Add Ground Brown Flaxseeds.

Beat together eggs and vanilla in separate bowl, and add to butter mixture.

Sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in oats. Add to butter and egg mixture, and mix on medium speed until thoroughly combined.

Form dough into balls, and place on baking sheet, slightly flattening each ball.

Bake 11 to 15 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer from baking sheet to cooling racks to cool.
