4 Roma Tomatoes, quartered

1 Cup European Soldier Beans, cooked, drained and cooled

1/2 Cup Asparagus Points, blanched and cooled

3 Ounces Mesclun Lettuce

2 Ounces Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Ounce Balsamic Vinegar
Directions

Combine tomatoes, beans, asparagus and mesclun in large bowl.

Combine olive oil and balsamic vinegar in separate small bowl and whisk to blend.
