Elote Mexican Street Corn

Ingredients

  • 6 Corn On The Cob , Grilled

  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise

  • 3 Tablespoons Mexican Crema

  • 1/2 Cup Queso Fresco , Crumbled

  • 1 Lime , Zested and Juiced

  • 1/4 Cup Elote Seasoning, To taste

  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro , Chopped

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix the mayonnaise and Mexican crema and season with salt and pepper.

  2. Grill the corn until light color and allow to cool slightly, then shuck the corn off of the cob.

  3. Squeeze the lime juice over the corn then slather the corn in the mayo and crema mixture. Finish the corn with Elote Mexican Street corn Seasoning, Queso Fresco, lime zest and chopped cilantro.
