1 Cup Raw Whole Almonds

1 Cup Walnut Nuggets

1 Cup Whole Raw Cashews

1 Cup Raw Pecan Halves

1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds

1 Tablespoon Butter, melted

1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil

1 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/2 Cup Dried Pineapple Rings, chopped

1/2 Cup Dried Tart Cherries

3/4 Cup Yogurt Raisins

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans, sunflower seeds, melted butter and vegetable oil in large bowl. Season with salt and toss to combine.

Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet and transfer to oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden, turning every five minutes while roasting to prevent burning.

Remove from oven and let cool completely before stirring in pineapple, cherries and raisins. Store in airtight container for up to a week.
