2 Cups Buckwheat Groats

1/2 Cup Raw Whole Almonds, roughly chopped

1/2 Cup Raw Sunflower Seeds

1/2 Cup Whole Raw Cashews, roughly chopped

1 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 Ripe Banana

2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil, melted

2 Tablespoons Honey

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Madagascar

1/2 Cup Organic Goji Berries
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Combine buckwheat groats, almonds, sunflower seeds, cashews, coconut, cinnamon, ginger and salt in large bowl.

Thoroughly mash banana in small bowl. Stir in coconut oil, honey and vanilla extract, and add to buckwheat mixture. Stir together until all dry ingredients are coated in wet mixture.

Turn out mixture onto prepared baking sheet, and spread out evenly. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through baking.

Let cool completely before mixing in goji berries. Store in airtight container.
