3/4 Cup Dark Amber Honey

3/4 Cup Chunky Peanut Butter

6 Cups Crisped Organic Quinoa

2/3 Cup Dried Tart Cherries, roughly chopped

Non-Stick Cooking Spray
Directions

Spray 9-inch by 13-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.

Heat honey and peanut butter in large sauce pot over medium-low heat until melted, about 3 minutes.

Add crisped quinoa and dried cherries to pot and stir until evenly incorporated.

Press mixture into prepared pan, transfer to refrigerator and chill for 40 minutes.
