Ingredients

Makes 6 cups

  • 5 Cups Hot Water

  • 1 Cup White Rice

  • 1/4 Cup Almonds

  • 14 Ounces Can Of Sweetened Condensed Milk

  • 2 Teaspoons Ground Organic Saigon Cinnamon, divided

  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Directions

  1. Add the water, rice, almonds and cinnamon to a high-speed blender. Process smooth and set aside for 3 hours.

  2. Strain the mixture to remove the solids and stir in the vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk. Serve over ice and garnish with more cinnamon.
