5 Cups Hot Water

1 Cup White Rice

1/4 Cup Almonds

14 Ounces Can Of Sweetened Condensed Milk

2 Teaspoons Ground Organic Saigon Cinnamon, divided

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Directions

Add the water, rice, almonds and cinnamon to a high-speed blender. Process smooth and set aside for 3 hours.

Strain the mixture to remove the solids and stir in the vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk. Serve over ice and garnish with more cinnamon.
