Ingredients
Makes 2-1/2 cups

2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons White Sugar

1/2 Cup Mayonnaise

1 Small Head Of Green Cabbage, shredded

1 Small Carrot, grated

1/2 Small Red Onion, thinly sliced

1 Tablespoon Whole Celery Seed

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
Directions

Whisk vinegar and sugar together in medium bowl, and set aside for 5 minutes to dissolve sugar. Add mayonnaise and whisk until smooth.

Add cabbage, carrot and red onion and, using your hands, mix dressing into vegetables. Cabbage will begin to break down and become watery, this can take several minutes.

When cole slaw appears creamy, add celery seed, salt and ground black pepper. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
