Makes 1-1/4 cup

  • 1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar

  • 1/2 Cup Canola Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Honey

  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro

  • 1 Teaspoon Granulated Pasilla Chiles

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Sea Salt

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper


  1. Place all ingredients except pasilla chiles in blender and process until emulsified.

  2. Transfer mixture to bowl and stir in Granulated Pasilla Chiles.
