1/2 Cup White Wine Vinegar

1/2 Cup Canola Oil

1 Tablespoon Honey

1 Tablespoon Cilantro

1 Teaspoon Granulated Pasilla Chiles

1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions

Place all ingredients except pasilla chiles in blender and process until emulsified.
