Directions

  1. Cook bacon in large pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Add onion, carrot and celery, and cook for 3 to 5 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle flour and paprika over mixture, and cook, stirring continuously, for 5 minutes.

  3. Add chicken broth and beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

  4. Season to taste with salt and black pepper. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and sour cream.
