1 Tomato, seeded and chopped

1 Small Onion, chopped

2 Cloves Garlic, minced

2 Chipotle In Adobo, (2 chiles) chopped

1/2 Teaspoon Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1/2 Cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

1 Tablespoon Tomatillo Powder
Directions

Preheat broiler to high.

Line sheet pan with aluminum foil and spread out tomato, onions and garlic. Roast vegetables until charred.

Transfer all ingredients along with salt and cilantro to blender. Blend mixture until smooth.
