Ingredients
Makes about 4 cups

1 (28 Oz.) Can Crushed Tomatoes

1 1/2 Cups Granulated Brown Sugar, packed

3/4 Cup Ketchup

1/3 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar

2 Tablespoons Molasses

1/4 Cup Worcestershire Sauce

1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

3/4 Cup Dried Peaches

2 Whole Brown Chipotle Chiles, stemmed, seeded and torn into pieces
Directions

Combine tomatoes, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder and garlic powder in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring to combine after each ingredient is added.

Add peaches and torn chipotles to pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer until peaches and chipotles have rehydrated and sauce has thickened, about 30 minutes. Remove from heat, and let cool slightly.

Transfer mixture to blender, and purée until smooth. Season to taste with salt. Let cool completely.
