Ingredients

Makes 4 hot dogs

  • 4 All-Beef Hot Dogs

  • 4 Poppyseed Hot Dog Buns

  • 1 Small Tomato, sliced into thin wedges

  • 1 Small Onion, diced

  • 4 Pickle Spears

  • 12 Sport Peppers

  • 4 Tablespoons Pickle Relish

  • 2 Tablespoons Yellow Mustard

  • 1 Teaspoon Celery Salt

Directions

  1. Fill medium saucepan halfway with water and bring to a bare simmer. Add hot dogs and let warm for 10 minutes.

  2. Set strainer, or other pan with holes, over simmering water. Place poppy seed buns on top and allow to steam for 1 minute.

  3. Remove buns and hot dogs, and place one hot dog on each bun.

  4. Top each hot dog with tomatoes, onions, pickle, sport peppers, relish and sprinkle of Celery Salt.
