2/3 Cup White Chia Seed

2 Cups Almond Milk, Rice Milk Or Coconut Milk

2 Tablespoons Honey Or Maple Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract, Bourbon Madagascar

1/8 Teaspoon Ground Korintje Cinnamon

1/8 Teaspoon Ground Nutmeg

Sliced Fresh Fruit, optional
Directions

Combine all ingredients in pint jar. Cover jar and shake vigorously.

Chill in refrigerator. After 2 hours, vigorously shake jar again. Let chill for 2 more hours.
