Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 1/2 Fluid Ounces Gin

  • 1 Fluid Ounce Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed

  • 3 Fluid Ounces Chilled Champagne, or sparkling wine

  • 1 White Sugar Sticks

Directions

  1. Fill cocktail shaker half-full with ice. Pour gin and lemon juice into cocktail shaker. Shake well.

  2. Place sugar stick in champagne flute. Strain gin mixture into flute, top with champagne and serve immediately.
