1 1/2 Fluid Ounces Gin

1 Fluid Ounce Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed

3 Fluid Ounces Chilled Champagne, or sparkling wine
Directions

Fill cocktail shaker half-full with ice. Pour gin and lemon juice into cocktail shaker. Shake well.

Place sugar stick in champagne flute. Strain gin mixture into flute, top with champagne and serve immediately.
