Ingredients

Makes 1 1/4 cup

  • 1 Cup Whole Raw Cashews

  • 4 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 2 Tablespoons Water

  • 1 Tablespoon Neutral Cooking Oil

  • 1 Tablespoon Sea Salt

  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Smoked Hot Paprika

Directions

  1. Soak raw cashews overnight in 4 cups of water.

  2. Strain water and blend cashews in a high speed blender adding the fresh water, lemon juice and oil alternately with the salt, garlic powder and hot smoked paprika.
