1/2 Cup (1 Stick) Unsalted Butter, softened

4 Ounces Blue Cheese, crumbled

1 1/2 Teaspoons Dried Scallions

1/2 Teaspoon Ground Black Peppercorns Dustless

1/2 Teaspoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
Directions

Place ingredients in food processor and pulse to combine. Scrape down sides using spatula and process until smooth, about 1 minute more.

Lay piece of plastic wrap on countertop and top with butter. Using plastic wrap as a guide, roll into log and fold over ends to seal.

Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until ready to use.
