Makes 6 servings.


  1. Place ingredients in food processor and pulse to combine. Scrape down sides using spatula and process until smooth, about 1 minute more.

  2. Lay piece of plastic wrap on countertop and top with butter. Using plastic wrap as a guide, roll into log and fold over ends to seal.

  3. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or until ready to use.
