Our Korean Black Garlic Seasoning is perfect for marinating and glazing fish, chicken, steak or vegetables. Fermented black garlic, sesame seeds and scallions give the blend its savory flavor, while brown and turbinado sugars give it a balancing sweetness.

Ingredients

Makes 4 servings

  • 4 Swordfish Steaks, about 1 1/2 pounds total

  • 2 Tablespoons Korean Black Garlic Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil

  • 1 Teaspoon Soy Sauce

  • 1 Teaspoon Sherry Wine

Directions

  1. Place swordfish steaks and remaining ingredients in zip plastic bag. Squeeze out excess air before sealing. Allow fish to marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator.

  2. Heat medium skillet, or one large enough to hold all 4 pieces of fish, to medium-high. Add swordfish steaks and cook for 2 minutes. Flip steaks over and add marinade to pan. Continue cooking until steaks are nicely glazed, about 3 to 4 minutes.
