1 Tablespoon Black Garlic Powder

2 Teaspoons Kosher Sea Salt Flakes

1 Teaspoon Butcher Cut Black Peppercorns

Massage Black Garlic Powder into ground beef until well distributed. Divide meat into 4 equal pieces and shape into patties.

Place patties on greased grill grates over high heat. Season with half of salt and pepper. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, then flip over. Season second side with remaining salt and pepper. Cook another 2 to 3 minutes for medium-rare, or to desired temperature, flipping every 3 to 4 minutes if needed.
