-
1 Pork Shoulder Or Butt, boneless, 2-3 pounds
-
4 Tablespoons Hickory Bbq Seasoning
-
1 Quart Bbq Sauce
-
24 Slider Buns, split

Directions
-
Heat grill to high. Place pork shoulder on piece of aluminum foil large enough to be folded up and tented over meat.
-
Rub Hickory BBQ Seasoning over whole piece of pork. Char pork on all sides on hot grill, then return it to foil. Fold aluminum foil up and pinch closed, leaving air gap at top. Place pork on top of heat-safe dish or baking tray and place on grill. Maintain temperature of around 300°F and smoke pork for 3-4 hours.
-
Remove pork from grill when meat pulls away easily with fork.
-
Pull pork apart in bite-sized chunks into 4-quart pot. Cover meat with BBQ sauce and keep warm on top of grill.
-
Serve on slider size buns with coleslaw and pickles.
