2 1/2 Cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

1/4 Cup Dry Roasted, Unsalted Peanuts, chopped

3 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

3 Tablespoons Creamy Natural Peanut Butter

2 Tablespoons Granulated Brown Sugar

1/4 Cup Agave Nectar Or Honey

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line 8-inch by 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.

Combine oats and coconut on baking sheet, and toast in oven until mixture becomes slightly golden, about 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Transfer mixture to large bowl, and toss with broken banana quarters and peanuts.

Combine butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and agave nectar in small saucepan over medium heat. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves.

Remove from heat and add sugar mixture to dry ingredients, tossing until well mixed.

Turn mixture out into prepared baking dish, pressing down firmly to pack ingredients together into even layer. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
