Canadian Steak Blend makes this marinade so good. Cracked coriander, black peppercorns and garlic are balanced with balsamic vinegar for classic steak seasoning.

Ingredients

2 Tablespoons Canola Oil

1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed

1 1/2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

2 Cloves Garlic

1/2 Onion, peeled and chopped

1 1/2 Pounds Flank Steak, pierced all over with a fork

1 Tablespoon Canadian Steak Seasoning
Directions

Combine all ingredients except Canadian Steak Blend in re-sealable bag. Seal tightly and toss to combine and coat steak. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (and up to 1 day).

Remove steak from marinade and pat dry using paper towels. Discard marinade. Season liberally with Canadian Steak Blend.

Grill or broil steak to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium rare. Transfer to cutting board and let rest for 10 minutes. Carve against the grain and serve, drizzled with meat juices.
