2 Whitefish Filets, 6 ounces each

1 Lemon, Lime Or Orange, sliced

1 Teaspoon Organic Mediterranean Seasoning

2 1/4 Cups White Wine

1 Tablespoon Butter, divided

Ground Black Pepper
Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Line oven-safe dish with parchment paper. Arrange fish fillets side by side and sprinkle Organic Mediterranean Seafood Seasoning over top of both fillets.

Place lemon slices over fish and top with butter. Carefully pour wine around fish, covering evenly.

Bake fish in oven for approximately 12 minutes. Slide fish off onto plates and finish each fillet with salt to taste.
