1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil

2 Tablespoons Lime Juice

2 Tablespoons White Miso Paste

1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce

1 Teaspoon Toasted Sesame Oil

1 Teaspoon Black Sesame Seeds

1/2 Teaspoon Ginger, grated

1/4 Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper

2 Cups Savoy Cabbage, finely shredded

2 Cups Red Cabbage, finely shredded

1 Carrot, peeled and grated

2 Green Onions, thinly sliced on a bias

Directions

Combine vegetable oil, lime juice, miso paste, soy sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds, ginger and crushed red pepper in large mixing bowl, and whisk until thoroughly combined.

Add cabbages, carrot and green onions to bowl with dressing, and toss to thoroughly coat vegetables.
