Creamy delicious almond milk is easy to make at home and less expensive. Our basic 1 to 4 nut to water ratio is standard but alter as desired. For flavoring try vanilla paste, honey powder or ginger.

Ingredients
Makes 5 cups

1 Cup Raw Whole Almonds

4 Cups Water

1 Teaspoon Agave Syrup

1 Pinch Sea Salt
Directions

Rinse the almonds briefly under cold running water. Place the nuts into a 1 quart or larger container and cover with water. Soak for 12 hours in a refrigerator.

Strain the almonds and them to a high speed blender with the 4 cups of fresh water, agave syrup and salt. Process on high for 2-3 minutes until very smooth and strain through a fine mesh sieve or a nut milk bag.

Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks in a clean airtight container.
