Pre-heat an Air-fryer and set to 375°F

Pat the wings and drum dry of excess moisture. Air-Fry the wings and drums for 10 minutes, then rotate and cook for an additional 7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Transfer the chicken to a large mixing bowl, season with salt and pepper, then toss in your desired amount of Sweet and Tangy Tamarind BBQ Sauce and serve.
