  1. Place beans in large saucepan and set aside.

  2. Combine fruit and 1-1/2 cups bean cooking liquid in separate bowl, and let stand for 15 minutes.

  3. Add fruit, cinnamon and honey to beans and simmer until reduced by one-third.

  4. Stir in lemon juice and spoon over vanilla ice cream.
