White & Wild Rice Blend
We blended the delicate, aromatic white Jasmine Rice with our earthy Quick Cooking Wild Rice for a natural, wholesome blend. Contrasting white and dark grains create an appetite-appealing look, while adding a rich, nutty flavor with extra protein.
Suggested uses
Basic prep
Bring 1 cup water and 1/2 teaspoon salt to a boil. Add 1 cup White & Wild Rice and cover. Reduce heat to low, simmer for 15 minutes. Rice will be chewy. For more tender rice, add 1/4 cup extra water and simmer an additional 5 minutes. Remove from heat and fluff with fork before serving.
Storage & handling
Store in a dry, cool place.

Wild Rice is a highly prized, nutritious, natural relative of white rice harvested from an aquatic grass that grows in isolated lakes and riverbeds around North America. We procure wildly grown, expertly harvested and parched grains for our Wild Rice.
Jasmine Rice is long-grain rice with a sweet scent and mild flavor. We acquire fragrant white grains that cook fluffy, only slightly sticky from its native Thailand for our Jasmine Rice.
