Suggested uses
Earthy nutty, aromatic, and complex, the firm and hearty texture of Himalayan Style Red Rice is perfect for salads and pilafs.
Basic prep
Add 1 cup of rice to 2 1/4 cups of water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 35 to 40 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
