Roasted Salted Pistachio, In Shell
Pistachios are popular for their delicate flavor and wholesome, soft crunch. The green and tan nutmeat of pistachios can substitute for pine nuts or cashews in a variety of applications. We take raw pistachios and roast and salt them to develop the unique toasted, salty nutty flavor for our Roasted and Salted in Shell Pistachios.

Pistachios, Salt. Contains tree nuts.
Pistachios have been enjoyed for centuries with evidence of their cultivation in the Middle East tracing back thousands of years. Brought to Rome in the first century through trade routes from Syria.
Pistachio trees are grown today on small trees averaging 20 feet in height in the Mediterranean, Middle East and United States. Iran, the U.S. and Turkey produce the most pistachios worldwide.
Pistachios are encased in a sticky husk, which is removed before the nuts are dried. Pistachio nutmeat is green and tan in color and surrounded by a clean, blonde colored shell with a delicate flavor that’s an excellent vehicle for bold, spicy seasoning.
We take the same high-quality unshelled pistachios we sell whole and flavor them with the hot, citrusy taste of chile and lime for a dazzling savory snack.
Lime is the central citrus flavor in many worldwide cuisines, including Mexican, Caribbean, Thai and Vietnamese creations. Refreshingly sharp, sweet flavor of lime provides a complement to hot and spicy chile peppers, creating a beloved flavor combination.
