Organic Quinoa Medley

Organic Royal Quinoa Medley blends hearty red and golden quinoa with delicate long-grain white rice, subtly sweet millet, and a fragrant combination of herbs, spices, and aromatic seasonings.

  • Basic prep

    Combine 1 cup Royal Quinoa Medley with 2 cups stock or water and 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter in 2-quart pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes, covered, before serving.

    Storage & handling

    Store in a dry, cool place.
