Our Natural Wasabi Powder gets its potent, zesty flavor and sharp, bold aroma from a blend of wasabi, white horseradish and mustard powders. It is an all-natural alternative to commercial wasabi powders, which typically include artificial coloring. Instead, we add our all-natural spinach powder as a color enhancer.
Our Natural Wasabi Powder is a convenient, shelf-stable way to add a potent blast of wasabi zing to recipes. Serve it pure (just mix into a paste using an equal quantity of cool water) as a condiment on its own, or blend with other ingredients to lend wasabi's fiery kick to other foods.
