    Ingredients

    Red Rice

All whole-grain rice is considered brown rice because it retains its whole-grain bran layer after milling. Red Rice comes from a unique red bran layer, which gives the rice its distinct auburn color.

Our Natural Red Rice is minimally processed to retain nutritional elements and outstanding, deep red color.

Red Rice Salad with Nuts and Fruit

Our Himalayan Red Rice is a whole-grain red rice from Southeast Asia. Its long grains have a rich red color, nutty flavor and slightly chewy texture. The rice pairs well with both crispy-tart and sweet foods, and this recipe features both: the crisp, clean taste of cucumber and fennel, and the sweet flavor of grapes and tart cherries.
