Multi-Grain Blend
Hearty and satisfying, our Multi-Grain Blend is rich in nutrients, complex carbohydrates and fiber. This seven-grain blend combines brown sprouted rice, wheat berries, spelt, bulgur, farro, buckwheat groats and pearled barley.


Suggested uses
Basic prep
Combine 1 cup Multi-Grain Blend, 2 cups water and a pinch of salt in a saucepan set over high heat. Bring to a boil, immediately reduce heat to a simmer, cover with a tight fitting lid and cook until all liquid is absorbed and grains are tender. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve immediately.
Storage & handling
Store in a dry, cool place.
