Ingredients
Seaweed (laver).
Nori is the Japanese name for the flavorful sea superfood laver, which is packed with protein and other nutrients. Nori has been used in Japanese culinary tradition for thousands of years, best known as the sweet and salty green sea vegetable that holds together sushi rolls.
This nori is naturally grown and harvested from the mineral-rich waters of the Sea of Japan, its native environment. The seaweed is processed into sheets through a shredding, pulping, pressing and drying process that resembles papermaking.
The pinnacle of nutrition and saturated with protein, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, our Kibbled Nori is one of the easiest ways to cook with and eat seaweed.
