Raspberries are a versatile type of berry with wide-ranging varieties of colors with the same basic, iconic flavor. In all temperate areas of the world, different kinds of raspberries are grown ranging in color from black and purple to golden and yellow.
Raspberries have small seeds, which give them a different type of texture and mouth feel compared to seedless dried fruits. Raspberries are made up of connecting drupelets, or individual sections of fruit, surrounding a central core. Types of raspberries have been crossbred to create hybrids such as loganberry, boysenberry and tayberry.
We source premium red raspberry fruit dried and sweetened with sugar for our Raspberries.
