    Ingredients

    Mulberries.

Mulberries come from the silkworm tree, not a bush as the rumor perpetuates. Typically grown in the warmer regions of Asia, Africa and the Americas, these mulberries were historically often transported by traders from China to Turkey, prized as a rare and often costly treat. The mulberry is an aggregate fruit, composed of lots of smaller berries melded together, each with its own seed.

We use white Mulberries, a more rare variety that is considered a superfood due to its high levels of antioxidants, protein and fiber, and low sugar content.
