Creamy Parmesan Truffle Couscous
Our Creamy Parmesan Truffle Couscous is a robust pasta side combining the slightly al dente texture of Middle Eastern–style pearl couscous seasoned with real Parmesan cheese, minced black truffles and blend of aromatic herbs and spices.
Suggested uses
The creamy, rich flavor of Creamy Parmesan Truffle Couscous is a natural choice to serve with big, boldly flavored main dishes like roast pork or beef, or serve it topped with more delicately flavored foods like pan-seared scallops, grilled vegetables or freshly steamed seafood.
Basic prep
Bring 2-1/2 cups water and 1 tablespoon butter to boil. Slowly stir in 1 package(1 cup) Creamy Parmesan Truffle Couscous. Reduce heat and simmer until water is mostly absorbed and couscous thickens slightly. Remove from heat and let stand, uncovered, for 3 minutes. Fold in 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese and let stand for 3 minutes longer. Stir gently and serve immediately.
Storage & handling
Store in a dry, cool place.
