Brown Sugar Sticks add a rustic yet refined touch to beverage service. Crystalline formations of pure cane sugar clinging to individually wrapped wood swizzle sticks can be served as a sweetener with coffee or tea.

    Rock candy or rock sugar is a confection comprised of large sugar crystals. Wood sticks are dipped in supersaturated sugar water to provide a surface on which sugar crystals form as the water evaporates.

    Crystallized on attractive, 4-inch long wooden sticks with an end-cap sphere embellishment, the rock sugar clusters measure about 1-1/2 to 2 inches long.

    Light brown color of the rock sugar adds a rustic yet refined touch. Sugar sticks are individually wrapped in clear plastic for convenience. Approximately 50 sticks per pound.
