Ingredients
Brown rice. This product has not been treated for food safety. For food safety cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
After rice is harvested, the grain is allowed to dry and the outer hull removed. The remaining germ and bran, which give the rice its tan color and a pleasantly chewy texture, constitutes brown rice. There are currently over 40,000 varieties of cultivated rice and each has a brown form. In contrast, white rice is rice which has been further processed and polished.

Brown Rice Flour can be substituted for most any conventional rice flour in baking and other preparations. It can be also be combined with wheat flour in some baking recipes to lower the gluten component.
