Ingredients
White Rice.
Basmati is a fragrant Indian rice, sourced to offer a flavorful grain with an intoxicating natural aroma. Its nutty, buttery flavor pairs well with savory dishes like curries and other South Asian fare.
Baby Basmati Rice is even lighter and fluffier than regular long grain basmati rice and has a more delicate, nutty flavor. Its white, unsticky long grains cook up faster than regular basmati, and stay separate and fluffy.
Baby Basmati Rice makes a delicious substitute in dishes such as lentil dishes, spicy curries, stir-fry, coconut milk dishes, stews and fresh vegetable soups.
Classic recipe
