Ingredients
Basmati rice.
Basmati is fragrant Indian rice, and we source our Basmati Rice to offer a flavorful grain with an intoxicating natural aroma. We then age our basmati for up to two years to dehydrate the rice, increasing the role of natural oils in its flavor profile and allowing it to expand greatly when cooked.
